You can log into www.ourfi.in using your credentials against which the device is registered. Go to Device section, select the time period and click on search to view all the transactions. You can click on the redeem button to get paid for the usage.

This might be an issue with the network provider. Call up on our support number 9704776662 for a quick resolution.

5) What should I enter in the referral code during sign-up?

It is not mandatory to enter referral code during sign-up. Any offers/goodies that would be provided will be based on this code.

11) How can I get more offers? I know a business whose offers should be on this platform, how can I get them here?

Just talk to the business owner and let us know. We will get their best offers on our platform. Alternatively, if you hold the powers to setup the device at the location, just place an order for the device by logging into our website www.ourfi.in. You can go to device section after logging to our website and place the order there. Once the device is delivered we can help you in setting up the relevant offers.Once this is completed, the owner can easily edit those anytime at the offers tab post login.
